The cherry on the cake of this tragicomedy is the fact that only a few days before approving JASTA, the Senate agreed to a $1.15 billion sale of weapons to the very same government of Saudi Arabia that it now wants to subject to lawsuits on the grounds that it is presumptively involved in terrorism!Lofgren issues a call for citizenship in addressing the dismal state of affairs. America's response is, "Citizenship? What's that?"
